This Privacy Policy explains how Cortclub, operated by Coderfy, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use our website and the Cortclub platform. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

Cortclub is a white-label club management platform for padel and tennis clubs, operated by Coderfy("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy-related question you can contact us at info@coderfy.com.

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Contact data you provide via our demo form — such as email address, club name, number of courts and current booking platform.
  • Account and club data processed on behalf of our customers (clubs), including player profiles, bookings, schedules and payment status.
  • Usage and device data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, via analytics tools.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to demo requests and provide the Cortclub service.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the platform.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support and product updates.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

All data is stored within the European Union on AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Each club's data is logically isolated from every other club at the data level. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

6. Data sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service — for example payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay), email delivery and analytics providers — each bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We will add a granular consent banner before any non-essential tracking is activated for EU visitors.
